Clear terms for our services.

Circle Sure website, Support and Circle Sure Publishing. Effective 3 November 2026.

Who we are and what these terms cover

Circle Sure Technologies (Pty) Ltd operates these Circle Sure services from South Africa. These terms describe use of our website, enquiry and support features, and Circle Sure Publishing’s connected business communication services. Contact [email protected] or +27 10 158 3325 with questions.

A separate written agreement, order or business-specific set of terms governs any paid service, purchase, partnership or professional engagement. Those agreed terms take priority for that transaction. Sending an enquiry or receiving a support acknowledgement does not create a partnership, purchase, credit arrangement or guarantee of service.

Using the website and messaging services

Provide accurate information relevant to your request. Share another person’s information only when you are entitled to do so. Do not use these services to impersonate others, send unlawful or abusive material, distribute malware or spam, access information without permission, or disrupt the service. Do not send passwords, payment card credentials or unnecessary identity documents in ordinary chat.

Business staff must use their own authorised access and only connect accounts they are entitled to manage. Access to a business or a channel does not grant ownership of other businesses’ records. Report suspected account misuse promptly through our contact details.

Support conversations

Messages are directed to the business you contact and handled by authorised staff through shared Support. Replies depend on staff availability and the relevant channel’s rules; there is no guaranteed response time unless separately agreed. These channels are not emergency services. Use the appropriate emergency service for an urgent threat to safety.

WhatsApp may require an approved template and a reply from you before we can send a queued response. Delivery indicators do not guarantee that a person has read or acted on a message. Where writing assistance is enabled, staff may use AI-assisted drafts and remain responsible for reviewing the replies they send. Ask for clarification if a reply appears incomplete or incorrect.

Connected platforms and other businesses

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. Circle Sure Publishing is operated by Circle Sure, not by Meta. A channel’s connection may be limited by platform permissions, review, outages or account status. A listing on this website does not mean every service or integration is available. Each connected business is responsible for its own products, promises and customer agreements.

Content and intellectual property

Circle Sure and the relevant rights holders retain rights in their names, branding, website content and software. You may view and share links to public pages. Do not misrepresent affiliation or reproduce protected material beyond what the law or the rights holder permits. You retain your rights in content you send; we process it to handle your request and operate the services as described in our privacy policy.

Availability, accuracy and your rights

Website descriptions are general information. Confirm current scope, pricing, availability and commitments with the relevant business before making a decision. We may maintain, change or suspend a feature to address technical problems, misuse, security or legal requirements. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and privacy rights. These terms do not replace agreed service obligations or limit liability where the law does not permit it. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

Privacy, complaints and changes

Read our privacy policy for information about data handling, and our data-deletion instructions to request removal of your records. Contact us about a complaint so we can direct it to the responsible team; this does not restrict your right to approach a regulator or court.

Updated terms will be published here with an effective date. A website update does not retrospectively change a separately agreed contract.
